EMI Shielding , Oriented Wire

Oriented Wire is a flat sheet material consisting of solid silicone and monel or aluminum wire embedded in it and perpendicular to its surface.
Because the material has a wire density of up to 140 wires per square centimeter in solid silicone, excellent RFI/EMI/EMP shielding performance is achieved, and when sandwiched between two metal surfaces, environmental sealing and RFI/EMI sealing are possible. The wires are crimped to promote compression and chemically bonded to ensure retention.

Color: Solid Silicone Rubber - Gray, Fluorosilicone/Light Blue
Temperature range: -55℃~200℃
Recommended pressure: 50psi~100psi
Recommended compression: 5%min
Standard sheet lengths are 0.9 meters with widths of 76mm, 152mm and 229mm.
Standard length of strip is 3.4 meters.
